After 25+ years’ corporate excitement and success in the insurance industry I was asked to share my experiences in a consultancy capacity – and so FUSE was born in 2018.
Managing really-well the people side of business change is something I believe in passionately. As a qualified Business Change Management Practitioner my focus is helping leaders engage with and obtain the support of their colleagues delivering what the future state needs to look like, after the change.

Career successes include the 3-year build-out of a 50-person U$ 60m premium insurance underwriting agency in London, Guernsey and Canada and 8-year leadership of a market leading and highly profitable ten-person U$ 50m premium international insurance Underwriting team.
